We go through a short Discovery phase: understanding the need, defining measurable objectives, identifying risks, then scoping the MVP and a prioritised roadmap. You quickly walk away with a plan, milestones and indicators.
We aim for an MVP within a few weeks (depending on complexity), with sprints of 1 to 3 weeks. At the end of each sprint, you see a demo and choose the next priorities.
